Parameters:: bean - the bean to validate.; beanName - the name of the bean, to be passed to Validator to look up declarative validation rules.; mapping - the current ActionMapping.; request - the current HttpServletRequest.
Returns:: an ActionErrors object containing errors that occurred during bean validation.
